North Hills Talent Show Tryout Information - Online Sign-Up (Now-November 26)

Tryout sign-up for the North Hills Talent Show for the 2024-2025 school year is active online and will close at 11:59 p.m., TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26th. NO SUBMISSIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE SIGN-UP WINDOW HAS CLOSED.  Talent Show auditions are open to all grades.

Students who wish to participate will audition in the morning on Tuesday, December 3 in the auditorium.  Notification will be sent out to participants of the timing of their tryouts.

Performers must come to tryouts prepared. If the act requires recorded music, students must bring that music with them and share a link (youtube link, for example) to the music with staff before the tryout.  Students must include an online link to the prerecorded music when completing the online sign-up. 

If students will be singing to recorded music, they must have the INSTRUMENTAL (or karaoke) version of the music.  In other words, there should not be any vocals on the recording. Singers must also bring printed lyrics for their performance to tryouts.

If a group will be performing, ONLY ONE STUDENT SHOULD SIGN UP FOR THE ENTIRE GROUP on the online form and that same student will be the contact person for the group. The group leader NEEDS TO CHECK THEIR SCHOOL EMAIL REGULARLY for important information regarding the talent show. There is space on the sign-up page to list the other members of the group.

NORTH HILLS TALENT SHOW IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Commit to Audition Due Date: Tuesday, November 26 (A-Day)
  • Auditions: Tuesday, December 3 (A-Day)
  • Mandatory Meeting for Participants: Friday, December 6 (2:00-2:20) in the Auditorium (B-Day)
  • Dress Rehearsal: Morning of Wednesday, December 11 (A-Day)
  • Two Performance: Friday, December 13 (A-Day) - Approximate Timing
    • 10:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. (6th Grade-Level Audience)
    • 1:45 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. (7th & 8th Grade-Level Audience)
